We are a young couple (a nutrition student👩🍳 and a bio-scientist👨🔬) who can’t have gluten or dairy. So we create alternative recipes to keep us healthy and for everyone to enjoy! 🥑🍎🍰
Our passion is to create healthy recipes that are delicious, simple, affordable and sustainable. We strive to make these recipes scrumptious whilst minimising sugar, preservative and unhealthy fats. 🏃
We love creating our own recipes as it allows us to reduce our waste by not buying pre-packaged store-bought foods, which is better for the environment and better for us.🌏
