Spiced Cauliflower Bites (Gluten Free/Vegan)

These spiced cauliflower bites are so super easy to make and are super tasty. We love them in our tacos. They also make an amazing pizza topping, mixed through a salad or great on their own.

  • 500 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper you can leave this out if you don't want your cauliflower bites to be spicy
  • ½ teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lime or lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat your oven to 180C fan-forced.
  • In a bowl, mix your spices and oil together.
  • Toss the florets in the bowl until the cauliflower is coated in the spice mix.
  • Spread your florets onto a baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until your cauliflower bites are tender and crispy.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lime or lemon over your bites, salt to taste and enjoy!
