
These wraps are super quick and easy to make. They are low carb and keto friendly.
Makes: 4 wraps
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 handfuls of spinach
1 teaspoon of oil for cooking
Steps:
Add your eggs and spinach to a blender and blend until fully combined.
Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat.
Pour the wrap batter into the fry pan.
Flip the wrap when bubbles start to form on top of the wrap.
Cook for a further 30 seconds, then serve.
Enjoy! We served ours with our homemade falafels.
