Spinach and Egg Wrap (Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Keto)

These wraps are super quick and easy to make. They are low carb and keto friendly.

Makes: 4 wraps

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 2 minutes


  • 3 eggs

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 teaspoon of oil for cooking


  1. Add your eggs and spinach to a blender and blend until fully combined.

  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat.

  3. Pour the wrap batter into the fry pan.

  4. Flip the wrap when bubbles start to form on top of the wrap.

  5. Cook for a further 30 seconds, then serve.

  6. Enjoy! We served ours with our homemade falafels.
