Spiced Cauliflower Bites (Gluten Free/Vegan)


These spiced cauliflower bites are so super easy to make and are super tasty. We love them in our tacos. They also make an amazing pizza topping, mixed through a salad or great on their own.


Servings: 2-4 people

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 20-30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of cauliflower florets

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of ground paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper (you can leave this out if you don't want your cauliflower bites to be spicy)

  • ½ teaspoon of minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice

  • Salt to taste


Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C fan-forced.

  2. In a bowl, mix your spices and oil together.

  3. Toss the florets in the bowl until the cauliflower is coated in the spice mix.

  4. Spread your florets onto a baking tray.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until your cauliflower bites are tender and crispy.

  6. Squeeze the juice of the lime or lemon over your bites, salt to taste and enjoy!
