
This is our raw creation of the Arnott's mint slice and we hope you love as much as we do!
Serves: 12 slices
Prep time: 12 minutes
Chill time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup of walnuts
¼ cup of shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
10 pitted dates
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Mint Topping:
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
4 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of peppermint extract
Steps:
Soak your dates in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain.
Create your base by adding all of the base ingredients and blend until it forms a sticky mixture.
Line a brownie tray with parchment paper.
Press your base into the brownie tray and then place in the freezer.
Add all of your mint topping ingredients to the food processor and blend until the mixture is fully combined.
Spread the mixture over the base
Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Cut up the raw mint slice into 12 pieces and enjoy!
