Jalapeños and Lime Dressing (Vegan/Gluten Free/No Refined Sugar)

A spicy refreshing dressing that is super tasty poured over roasted vegetables, salads or even used as a spicy dipping sauce.


  • 30 grams of pickled jalapeños

  • 45 grams of a brown onion (about ⅓ of an onion)

  • 40 grams of fresh coriander

  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice

  • ¼ of a cup of olive oil

  • ½ a teaspoon of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

  • ½ a tablespoon of maple syrup


  1. Add all of your dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined and smooth.

  2. And that is it. Enjoy!


  • Lasts for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
