A spicy refreshing dressing that is super tasty poured over roasted vegetables, salads or even used as a spicy dipping sauce.
30 grams of pickled jalapeños
45 grams of a brown onion (about ⅓ of an onion)
40 grams of fresh coriander
3 tablespoons of lime juice
¼ of a cup of olive oil
½ a teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
½ a tablespoon of maple syrup
Add all of your dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined and smooth.
