
No soaking required. This oat milk is quick and easy to make and not slimy!
Ingredients:
200 grams of gluten free rolled oats
800ml of cold water
5 ice cubes
1 teaspoon of walnut oil
2 dates or teaspoon of maple syrup
A nut bag
Steps:
Add all the ingredients to the blender.
Pulse 4 times. Do not over blend as this can heat the mixture making it slimy.
Pour the mixture through the nut bag, do not squeeze.
Optional: you can pour the mixture through the bag again for a less creamy milk.
Pour the milk into a jar and store in the fridge for up to a week.
