Ingredients:
1 and ½ cups of oat flour
¼ of a cup of tapioca flour
¼ of a cup of coconut sugar
1 flax egg (1 tablespoon of flax meal and 2.5 tablespoons of water)
2 tablespoons of almond butter
½ a cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
⅓ of a cup of hemp seed
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Steps:
Preheat your oven to 180C fan forced and line a baking tray.
Mix your flours, sugar, hemp seeds, chia seeds and baking powder together in a mixing bowl.
Add in your flax egg, almond milk, vanilla extract and almond butter and mix until well combined. Your mixture should be sticky.
Roll your mixture into 12 balls and place on the baking tray.
Lightly press your balls and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Let your cookies cool for about 5-10 minutes.
