
An instant winner for family dinners. These burgers are delicious, juicy and extremely easy to make.

Ingredients:
Turkey patties:
500 grams of turkey mince
1 diced brown onion or red onion
1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2/3 of a cup of gluten free bread crumbs or two pieces of stale gluten free bread.
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Serve with:
Gluten free bread or buns
Baby spinach or salad of choice
Avocado
Vegan cheese
Sauce of your choice
Steps:
Dice your onion (we like our chunky) and mince your ginger and garlic.
Place onion, turkey, garlic, ginger, eggs and bread crumbs in a large bowl.
Combine well with hands.
Roll into 6 even balls.
Heat up coconut oil in a large fry pan on a medium high heat.
Place the turkey balls into the fry pan and flatten to about an inch thick.
Cover with lid for about 7 mins
Flip and cover with lid again for 7 mins.
Create your burger with your toppings and enjoy!
