
These Crispy Kalettes are a favourite side dish instead of chips or even great on their own. These healthy greens are so light and crispy we can't stop eating them.
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes (or until crispy)
Ingredients:
200 grams of Kalettes
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Pinch of salt
Steps:
Preheat oven to 180C fan-forced.
Wash kalettes and thinly cut off the ends.
Lightly coat the kalettes in the olive oil on a baking tray.
Cook for about 10 minutes (make sure you keep an eye on them so they don't burn.)
Enjoy on their own or with your favourite dipping sauce.
