Crispy Kalettes (Gluten free/Vegan)


These Crispy Kalettes are a favourite side dish instead of chips or even great on their own. These healthy greens are so light and crispy we can't stop eating them.


Prep time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes (or until crispy)


Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of Kalettes

  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C fan-forced.

  2. Wash kalettes and thinly cut off the ends.

  3. Lightly coat the kalettes in the olive oil on a baking tray.

  4. Cook for about 10 minutes (make sure you keep an eye on them so they don't burn.)

  5. Enjoy on their own or with your favourite dipping sauce.
