
This is the perfect alternative to ice cream if you are dairy intolerant or are trying to reduce refined sugars in your diet. They are super simple to make and extremely delicious, they won't last long in your freezer. Using a teaspoon is an excellent way of reducing waste instead of using a wooden skewer.

Chill time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
2 bananas
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
100 grams of dark chocolate
Optional: shredded coconut
Steps:
Melted your dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave.
Cut your bananas in half and push the stick end of a teaspoon through the bottom of the banana.
Coat your banana in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
Then roll your coated banana in the melted dark chocolate.
Place your banana on a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for at least an hour.
