Chocolate Covered Bananas (Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Vegan/No Refined Sugar)

This is the perfect alternative to ice cream if you are dairy intolerant or are trying to reduce refined sugars in your diet. They are super simple to make and extremely delicious, they won't last long in your freezer. Using a teaspoon is an excellent way of reducing waste instead of using a wooden skewer.

Serves: 4 people

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chill time: 1 hour

  • 2 bananas

  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
