Who doesn’t love weetbix?
This smoothie is thicker than most, with the added benefit of some extra fibre and some great flavours.
1 cup of milk (we used cashew)
½ a cup of berries
½ a banana
2 gluten free weetbix (can use 2 regular weetbix, we use gluten free due to allergies)
1 tablespoon of chia
A handful of kale or baby spinach
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until fully combined.
