3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes (Gluten/Dairy Free + No Sugar)

These 3 ingredient pancakes are so easy to make and taste delicious. Even non gluten free eaters will be asking for seconds. This is our favourite Sunday morning breakfast. A healthy twist on the classic childhood pancake.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • a cup of self-raising gluten-free flour add more flour if the batter looks too runny
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil of your choice we use coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a blender and blend until batter-like texture.
  • Oil your pan and pour your pancakes at to your desired size.
  • Flip the pancake once it starts to form small bubbles on the top side and then cook for a few more minutes or until cooked through.
  • Enjoy with your favourite topping. We had ours with homemade breakfast crumble, peanut butter and strawberries.
